Excellent, very flavorful. Even better the next day, warmed up!

Pasta & Grains
1 package Rice noodles
Baking & Spices
1 tsp Black pepper
1 tsp Chili powder
1 pinch Salt
Oils & Vinegars
1 tbsp Rice wine vinegar
