1 1/2 tbsp Fish sauce

4 oz Rice vermicelli noodles
Baking & Spices
3 tbsp Cane sugar, organic
Oils & Vinegars
2 tbsp Olive oil- optional- see notes
1/3 cup Rice vine vinegar
