Vegetable Lo Mein


Better than take out vegetable lo mein, full of vegetables, full of flavor.

Ingredients

1 14 oz can Baby corn, organic
2 cups Broccoli florets
2 Carrots, large
4 cloves Garlic
1 inch Ginger
1 Red bell pepper
1 Scallions
2 cups Shiitake mushrooms
1 6 oz bag Snow peas
Canned Goods
1 8 oz can Water chestnuts, organic
Condiments
3 tsp Honey
1 tbsp Huy fong garlic chili sauce
3 tbsp Oyster sauce
6 tbsp Soy sauce, low sodium
Pasta & Grains
10 oz Lo mein noodles
Baking & Spices
1 tsp Corn starch
1 Sesame seeds
Oils & Vinegars
3 tbsp Rice vinegar
6 tbsp Sesame oil, toasted
